Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up with the candidates till they join.
  • Gather job requisitions after discussing with stakeholders, manage job-posting on job portals like Naukri etc., social media like LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. and liaise with external recruitment agencies.
  • Source and screen potential candidates, conduct and manage HR and technical interviews.
  • Manage offers, salary negotiation, joining and other related processes.
  • Manage onboarding and other formalities including employee contracts, document validation etc.
  • Manage end to end campus placement for freshers hiring, liaise with TPOs.
  • As part of a fast-growing and demanding startup, you may need to contribute to other HR activities apart from recruitment and help HR Admin team as needed.

Should have proven experience in the following:

  • Experience in managing end to end recruitment for technical roles in IT/Analytics industry.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding potential candidates.
