Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand specific talent needs for niche technical and other roles in IT/Analytics.
- Develop a comprehensive hiring approach using multiple channels and ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.

- Understand client requirements, business operations, sales and marketing performances and recommend the best possible data analytics solutions.
- Continuously add value to client engagements by tracking their business metrics, identifying trends and patterns, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Take up various data modelling and statistical modelling including customer cohorts, segmentation, customer life-time value analysis, loyalty and promotional analysis, marketing ad spend analysis, price optimization, demand forecasting. inventory optimization etc.
- Translate high-level objectives the management and external clients provide into testable, measurable and functional specifications. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to draft solution architecture in response to the business requirements.
